Enjoy a friendly competition among neighbors.

We assume you’re here because you care a lot about the people around you.  And we love to help heroes who help others.

You may already know how a friendly competition motivates people.  One recent study points out competition positively affects intrinsic motivation.  And tapping into intrinsic motivation means real, lasting behavior change.  So, good news, you can change the world.  And what a great way to begin by helping those in closest to you – your friends, family, and community.  Spice up your community health & wellness educational campaigns by integrating them with any of our challenges.

We’ve been doing this for a few years and want to use our expertise to help you.  Take a look at a few of our fun challenges, and then create a free account today to discover more.

OUR CHALLENGES

ExerSIZE – Size up your peers and compete by minutes or points.  Or for those less competitive in nature, teams can encourage each other to achieve individual goals.  Configure the goal challenge to your own specifications, so you decide how many points users should achieve.

Drop It Like It’s Hot – The experts agree the best way to shed some pounds is in the heat of a friendly, supportive competition.  Compete in teams to see who can lose the highest percentage of weight – collectively and individually.

Step It Up (pedometers available) – Get moving and start tracking how many steps you’re taking each day.  Compete individually or in teams, and set weekly goals to maintain maximum motivation.

Tortoise & Hare – It’s not how you get there that matters.  The winner of this individual or team competition accrues the most distance.  You choose the measurement – miles, yards, or meters.

Food Fight – Battle to build critical eating habits in a configurable points and goal-based nutrition challenge.  Individuals and/or teams focus on completing daily nutrition objectives.  You decide which parameters are important and where to set the bar.  You may also set up a weekly focus to highlight main objectives throughout the competition.

Health and WELLth – We love to talk about wellness, but what does it even mean?  Teach your group vital lifestyle habits with this configurable points & goal-based wellness challenge.  You decide which parameters are important and where to set the bar.  You may also set up a weekly focus to highlight main objectives throughout the competition.

Hybrid Goal – You love options.  So we’re giving them to you.  You can use this challenge to create a goal-based challenge and add-in a points element for exercise, nutrition, wellness or all of the above.  It’s configurable, so you can focus on your population’s objectives.  You control which behaviors you want to highlight and reward.

FUNdraiser – Is your group motivated by giving to a worthy cause?  That’s near and dear to our heart, so we make it easy for you to link any of our challenges to a fundraising effort.  We set it up to interface with donors.  You make the effort and your favorite charity reaps the reward.  Please contact us to learn more.
