DailyEndorphin’s Challenge Tip of the Week – How to Utilize our Sports-League Style “Conferences” & “Divisions” Feature
Greetings Daily Endorphers!
We are excited to announce that our first weekly DE challenge “group admin” tip of the week kicks off today. We will run these basic tips every Monday for the foreseeable future. The goal is for these tips to help give our users some ideas on how you can best optimize your experience with our fitness & wellness challenge program. Our first one is how to best utilize our sports-league style conferences & divisions superstructure feature. What exactly is the feature & what does it do, you ask?
Well, this feature allows you to easily separate larger (possibly geographically separated or otherwise) groups/challenges into smaller “sub-challenges” (or “mini-challenges within a challenge”) within the larger challenge. This feature may be perfect for large companies who have several different office locations and departments within a big company. It may also be great for company-to-company challenges, challenge within a community (e.g. think separated by neighborhoods), government entity, university, school system, etc. It’s also a great way to group challenge participants according to their fitness & health levels to make things more competitive, compelling and fair throughout, thereby helping to keep motivation levels high until the end. Any delineation you can think of would be feasible utilizing this feature.
Ultimately the challenge standings will be broken up, continually listed and reported according to the conferences & divisions hierarchy that you select, while everyone still competes in the larger challenge. This also allows you to set various incentives within those conferences & divisions, as well as a bigger reward for overall challenge winners, and keep everyone properly motivated to stay with the challenge until the end.
Want to get started in your own conferences & divisions-based challenge? Then, in less than 10 minutes, easily set up your own health challenge today and set up your own “challenge within a challenge” in less than 15 minutes.
